The Port of Long Beach is helping prepare the next generation of leaders in the goods movement industry.Each year, the Port awards $60,000 in scholarships to Long Beach-area college students and high school seniors who are pursuing studies in related fields.

Graduating Long Beach High School Seniors

The Port of Long Beach scholarship is an annual award for Long Beach high school seniors who plan to pursue careers in international trade, goods movement or other port-related industries.Scholarship awards range from $1,000 to $8,000.Applications for the graduating class of 2012 can downloaded by clicking here.Deadline is Friday, March 2, 2012.

International Business Students

The Port awards scholarships each year to international business students at California State University Long Beach.To qualify for scholarships, applicants must meet these requirements.

Graduate Students and Continuing Education

Trade and Industrial Technologies
